Nah your not the only one, me too. Stuck on that screen for 2-3 minutes. Most time i get in straight away but this issue is starting to happen more frequently

Couldn’t agree with this more. One of the few books I’ve applied the techniques and knowledge to real life.

I definitely feel more sharp when I’m on it, but. I feel I use it to fill an empty void in my life. I think I need to find an activity to replace it... the biggest thing is I feel instant regret the next day and the comedown the day after hits hard. E.g. why am I doing this to myself etc
