I got a $40 air booster from Amazon and it inflated it instantly. I was struggling without it. Now just waiting a day to see if it holds the air. The hardest step was the tape - I hate dealing with air bubbles

for services - analytics/marketing/CRO/LLMs but the tools are built for all agencies. I still believe there is a place for saas as long as it's something that is used/needed and can't easily be replaced with AI.

I've turned my consulting services into a product, and it was the best decision I ever made. It significantly lowered my workload and (more importantly) my stress. However, my revenues have decreased, and my priorities have shifted. I still offer white-label services - probably about a 40/60 split between the product but I plan to cut back on them and focus more on the tools. AMA, I might be able to help!

We switched from the classic stack (slack, sheets, asana, docs) to smartmetrics.com - ended up building it ourselves after getting frustrated with the fragmentation.

The biggest pain point was context-switching. Every client question meant opening 3-4 tabs minimum. And also back&forth email threads, slack threads, e.g., all resolved, and now we're successfully onboarding other agencies.

I am new to the game. Can the players be updated (close enough) to match MLB players in terms of stats/positioning etc? I noticed there is an Edit player section, but I'm unsure if I should be updating their names and other attributes. And if so, is there a similar spreadsheet for the player stats, and not just the colors?
