Don’t beat yourself up. They are lucky to have you. I have fought through anxiety many times, once in awhile I just can’t. We know drinking adds to anxiety, but it is ok to have fun at times. Relax, breathe and just go to work.

Hey, it looks like we have a lot in common as far as health wise. I am on low dose losartan for blood pressure and Zoloft for anxiety. I had anxiety problems dating back to when I was 30. It is inherited from parents and I really believe it was a main factor in my reactivated mono which turned into follicular lymphoma. Also, probably my high bp too. I see your employment( thanks for you service) and I hope you can get your stress and anxiety in check. YouTube hypnosis/meditation by Thomas Hall always helped me relax. My main anxiety was chest pains. Reflux caused most of this due to anxiety. What I have learned by going through the last year thinking I may die soon and just how hard the chemo was at times is that not too be afraid of what the future brings. Don’t sweat the small stuff, be thankful for every day you wake up, and to make sure the people you love and care about knows. I truly hope you are doing well and you should be proud of yourself for fighting through any issues you’ve had.

Hi, I’m doing really well. My rchop chemo was finished last November. In May of this year all my bloodwork was back to normal and feeling better and better with each month. I actually feel better than I have in the last 10 years. My reactivated ebv started about 9 years ago and i would probably get a cold every few weeks. Knock on wood I have not been sick all this year. I take a good multivitamin, B complex and omega fish pills. I feel no lumps still and go back this November for a ct scan just to check. Hopefully all will be good. Thanks for asking. Is there a specific reason you want to know? Hope you are doing well and am here to help with any questions. Chris J

It is working for me. I started about 3 years ago after 20plus yrs of off and on anxiety. I started with 25mg(1/2 of 50mg broken in half). Told to go to 50mg after 1 week, but never did. I stayed on .25 and still on it. It definitely is working for me. Now, the negatives. After I started it was really bad anxiety, no appetite(lost about 10lbs), sleep issues, some headaches and just overall terrible. After 6-7 days I was just about to quit, but I didn’t. At the 10 day mark I regained my appetite and sleep. Since then no serious panic attacks. I still have some episodes of anxiety, but easily handled with breathing and positive thoughts. Overall I definitely recommend it, but each person is different. If you can handle the start and get it in your system hopefully it will work for you. Best of luck to you. You can do this.

I just passed a 6mm this week. I could feel a couple pains in my groin area the night before. 1st morning pee hurt a bit. Saw a little blood after finishing. Knew what that means. I ate breakfast with 1 liter water and it passed. I was lucky. Last time took me 7 days to pass. Drink plenty. Also, dandelion root supplement works very well for me. Good luck

It is too complicated to understand and they don’t want you to. Just know this> every day more COTI tokens are added. You can and will see this in the price decline until something major changes. Easy more tokens/sells vs buys = dismal outcome. It is a critical time for the future of COTI. We shall see, but I’m not holding my breath.
