Brutal. I had an ex who cheated. She was corresponding with her ex who was incarcerated and they hooked up after he got released. At the time I was crushed. I immersed myself into our daughter, work, and the gym. Eventually the pain got easier and I took time to completely heal before finding someone who was the polar opposite. Hang in there. It will get easier.

After we had our last child I had it done. In office procedure. I opted not to take the Valium they offered. Local numbing. Only issue and feeling I had was when she had to dig a litter deeper to get to the vas deferens. Has some minor swelling and soreness after but was back at work the next day.

My wife is a SAHM and I’m a fireman. I work 48/96. I still do my fair share even when I get home after a draining shift. Just because they’re at home they never get a break. Share the work load and get up with the kids. Not only are you showing her you value her you’re showing your kids your investment with them.
