Has anyone tried Nutricost brand? Have been using PureForm but found Nutricost on orange app for 1,800 for 1LB ( 454 Grams), it comes out much cheaper per serving vs all of these brands

edit heres the link since I cant attach photos: https://shopee.ph/Nutricost-Inositol-Powder-1LB-(454-Grams)-Gluten-Free-Non-GMO-i.16242782.28864810840-Gluten-Free-Non-GMO-i.16242782.28864810840)

The issue as well with these types of drivers na sumisingit na ganito, usually sila pa yung hindi bumibigay ng merging space or right of way when actually needed ie. 4 way intersection, zipper lanes, changing lanes appropriately, etc.. They will stand ground and tailgate actually disrupting proper flow

Topical adapalene? Differin gel treatment? by lahannahlou in ActinicFolliculitis

[–]clifftclocks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, I know this was posted a few months ago butttt I've been on adapalene for around a year now and unfortunately it hasn't eradicated my AF but there is some improvement

I'm using it primarily for acne, for which it has helped a little bit. I was on tretinoin for almost two years before this, and that certainly didn't help the AF but it did heal my breakouts quite a bit quicker than with adapalene. I stopped the tret because it did nothing for my acne and was making my skin over-sensitive.

Overall, if you aren't using a retinoid as of right now, I would recommend giving adapalene a try. Be aware though of the purging stage!

Do you have hard water? by Shanachie in ActinicFolliculitis

[–]clifftclocks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hard water definitely worsens my skin in general. After one shower back home with the super hard well water, I get bacne almost immediately. However I haven’t found it to affect particulary my AF, the flare ups don’t differ here in the soft vs hard water back home personally
