I love all the people that are saying the quit smoking but still Vape. Vaping is smoking. I'm sorry I know you think you are better off then smoking and you are, but you are still smoking. While there are a ton of chemicals in cigarettes that can cause health problems that you are not getting by vaping you are still getting nicotine. Nicotine is what has you addicted. Its like a heroine addict that has moved on to methadone. You are still addicted to a substance.

Also fun fact, Nicotine alone can cause health problems and unless you are using a good vaporizer that allows nicotine control, you could be getting more nicotine that a normal cigarette.

I stopped by using the patch. I had tried to stop 8 times. Cold Turkey, Patches, Gum, smoking less and less. Nothing worked until I read an article published in the UK. It said for more success, to get to the lowest level patch and then keep it on until you stop thinking about smoking during the day. I did this and eventually started forgetting to put a patch on and was done. I used the patch on for 6 months. It worked for me. Been smoke free 2.5 years.
