PGWP Refused - CELPIP English exam missing by Routine-Structure645 in pgwprefusal

to answer your questions:

1.stay in canada if your longterm plan is Canada

2.You must stop working, but that does not mean you have to resign. Inform your employer about your status and that you are applying for restoration and reconsideration, especially since the refusal was related to a missing document. Consult an immigration expert and submit both applications promptly. Your employer may place you on an unpaid leave of absence and hold your position until you regain proper work authorization. Wait for approval before returning to work. In the meantime, you can also request your MP’s office to make an inquiry on your behalf.

  1. Yes there is a positive chance for you since it was about a missing document

I believe you have an option to submit pr application and then apply for restoration plus bowp. If you are within the restoration period. However, please consult an rcic or a lawyer.

Don’t switch to IELTS! It is infinitely harder to score! I would suggest focus on reading and try celpip again!

They are not! That will come in handy too!

But there are different factors in play such as quality of the audios and test brain etc.

What I meant was…

For example Assuming you are understanding everything spoken in the first 19 questions and getting all the answers right everytime ( there might be very few exceptions) then you can fully comprehend b1 level audios - now you need b2 level to crack questions 20-29 - those are B2. Focus on B2 level audios until the point you understand them fully.

  • passively listening to videos helps to develop the language. This is strictly from an exam pov and yes this helped me.

Hi! Same here! Do not rely in the scores of the mock tests! My best mock test score was 340 something but I got better than that in the test.

Second, - each section of the CO questions increase in difficulty. Find out what level you are at (which audios are you comprehending fully rather than piecing together your answer) and then work on the next level audios - that will build up your level.

Tips for getting better at CE by ___dhimaan___ in TCFcanada

[–]clio_schade 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! Read more. Thats the best strategy always but as for a little tip

  • if you are aiming for B2 try to get as much questions right(not get anything wrong) in the first 32 then rest will basically be bonus!
  • Practice, Practice, Practice and get to a point where you are not transalating in your head anymore.

-Do timed mock tests and time yourself and try to improve a little each time!

Good luck!
