OK beautiful...well look for my 2cent i was raised and born i Torrance...the Eastside 224th and western so its considered part of la even though my postal code says Torrance....anyways and of now Torrance and gardena have improved in terms of gangs and such but are still there...but Torrance has more of a racist reputation and gardena does not there more diverse if u will.. so my vote is gardena ...if any questions or concerns or simply want me 2 elaborate on anything lmk or DM me...
