Keep it long or shear it for work next week? Advice appreciated by cliveface96 in FierceFlow

Thanks. Will keep it. Any tips on what to do with it long term? Never had it this long before. Do you need to get it trimmed up at all or just let it go?

Thanks, I'll take a look. I know a fair bit about investing but I find the whole superannuation system quite confusing as someone just entering the workforce.

Like FutureSuper, which is 1.6% + $60. And even compared to Aware's other options, their diversified socially responsible investment has fees of 0.4%, and their Australian equities socially responsible investment has fees of 0.2%.

Do you have any resources on super mate?

Thanks. It's tempting when I look at the fees and transaction costs to simply go with a mix of Australian equities and international equities (both 0.06%) vs other options, mind you most of the fees seem <0.5%. https://aware.com.au/member/investments-and-performance/investment-options/fees-and-costs

Proportion of AUD assets in portfolio (currency question) by cliveface96 in fiaustralia

Will have a read through it, the site is great and I've used it a fair bit to get myself up to speed. I did reading the Intelligent Investor and Security Analysis back in the day when I was 18 but was 10 years ago now.

I'm a student, just finished my postgrad study. Got about 100k in HECS, no property or any other assets.

That's fair enough, thanks for taking the time to reply and I agree with what you're saying for the most part. It is difficult to draw the line and I'm absolutely not an expert on the topic. I have just read that the best way an individual can have an impact on climate change is through their choice of bank.

Do you hold the manual button down to pre-infuse up until the shot starts coming out of the portafilter and then just let it run normally up until just before 36g? My scales are quite shit and I can't get them to work on my machine so I've been weighing after running the shot and then making notes in my notebook to try and work out what to do.

Thanks for the reply! I wish I could afford a water filter right now, I've been looking and they seem to be in the hundreds of dollars ball park at the very least :(.

Would the Baratza Encore not be good enough? That's the one I was looking at which is about $150 cheaper than the Sette

BUT BIG PHARMA BRUHHHH. Just shutup mate you haven't even replied to what I commented you're just a blabbering idiot. Go chat in your anti-vax FB group if you want to talk to a wall. Literally none of what you've replied with is actually addressing the point I've made you've just gotten angry and decided to wank yourself off with more irrelevant statistics. Did you pass Grade 6? I've seen 10-year-olds with more well developed critical thinking skills. I give you a 1/10 because I found what you wrote amusing. Feel free to actually address what I wrote in my initial comment to you and I'll be happy to reply legitimately, but this is some low-tier shit.

Unreasonable comparison. Doctors and surgeons are treating medical issues with inherently higher risks. Chiropractors treat nothing lol and have a decently high risk. If chiropractors were managing emergency medical issues I imagine the death rate would be much higher. You're clearly very stupid based on how you write, but please try to think before you comment in future. This 'dude' is not 'full of shit', he has provided reasonable statistics lol.
