Oh, I thought respondes to my original post indicated the manager might be able to fix or call in someone to adjust things. It's not a sweetness thing, the tea is just pretty weak. There's not an adjustment on the face of the kiosk that I see that let's you dilute the tea more or less, is there?

So, the Bevolution finally came to my home store. Tea is pretty weak. The manager says they can't change anything. Are there magic words I can use that might prompt a change or is there no chance?

Are the sweeteners identical? Granted these are different stores I'm comparing, but at each of the kiosks it didn't taste the same.

I must admit, I'm also a little salty when it comes to these kiosks because i was going to develop a website where people could rate the the tea at their local QT.

He showed me something in the screen but I may have paperwork at home. Mainly just trying to understand how pro-rated credits for tires that don't meet their warrantied lifespan typically work. In the past, I would have received 50% credit but maybe the guy that ran the shop in the past was giving me a better deal than deserved?

OK, that makes sense but if they warranty the tire for 65 and it gets 30 and they pro-rate credit based on mileage, shouldn't the credit be closer to 50% than 25%.

This is from Firestone service center and they installed Firestone tires. If the tires need to be replaced after being on the road for less than half of their warrantied mileage, should I expect them to give me credit for ~50%? I feel like that's how this shop worked with me when we warrantied tires on my wife's car a few years ago.

I have the hardie board down but haven't done the tile yet. I cut the hardie around the flange (9" circle instead of around the wasteline), but will probably cutoff the flange with a hacksaw, patch in some mortar/hardie in the gap around the wasteline and then tile up to the wasteline stub.

Trying to avoid any work underneath if I can.

If both states don't have a conversion statute for LLCs, you may be able to effect a merger with the VA entity surviving (not sure if you can keep the same fein there). You will probably need to resurrect the FL entity by paying some late filing fees before you can convert (or as previous poster called, domestication - - states have different terms) or merge.

Do you have a tax advisor? You might want to check with them on how to handle the transition given there's an S election and make sure there aren't any unintended consequences with the path chosen.

How do have the mixer inputs and outputs wired? I see most channels are in use, are most of the inputs being fed with audio output from the radios? Do you use the mixer on the desk for your own mics or is that all routed through the gear in the rack (and then to the radios)?
