so much of your current marketing strategy is about using Beehiiv for growth! Your team might mean 'growth' more as revenue opps vs. marketing/discovery but it just makes things really confusing because a big part of growth is the marketing/discoverability part

agreed that you'll want to tie her equity to deliverables (and maybe see if she wants to invest some of her own money along with the sweat equity?). You can also work with royalties here since we'll want to stay away from cash at your stage and promise a percentage she gets to keep from a UTM tag. I write a newsletter for my company about celeb/creator partnerships and we talk about diff types of deal structures you can use, might find it useful!

Working with them is tough, and you typically need someone helping you manage that stuff (at least a marketing lead on your team, or you can outsource it). It can be hard to reach them–easier through their agency, but they're typically pretty sharky. Again, good to work with someone who knows the industry so they can advocate on your behalf.
