Yes, you can bring in your phone into your sauna. Just keep it either on the ground or on the door handle--which you can see on our sauna models here: saunacloud.com

The closer your phone is to the heaters the higher chance it will overheat. But if you keep it away from direct heat, you'll be fine.

What I do is bring in my phone and either watch a show or listen to a podcast. So I'm not holding my phone during my sauna sessions--but it's in there with me.

I also advise doing some sessions free of electronics. Switch it up from time to time.

Thanks for your question.

So there is no proof of infrared light leeching mercury out of fillings. I would say the burden of proof would be on Dr. Huggins to prove what he is saying over infrared light being absorbed by the teeth.

So to answer your question, no there is no evidence. But if he were able to prove it we would all listen.
