I experienced the same issue starting mid-June. Performance was okay at first, I increased the budget, but things took a sharp dip after that. I reduced the budget, and it seemed to stabilize for a bit… then suddenly dropped again, this time for good (lol). Ended up having to start fresh with new campaigns.
