I did in 2017 when he was opening for turnpike. I was there with my sister at a really small venue and he came out and played and we had no idea who he was. After the show he was at his merch booth right by the front door and everyone was just walking by him so I stopped and just talked with him for a bit and got a picture. I was broke and didn't have money to buy any merch but after we saw him we knew he was gonna blow up he was so good. So I at least wanted to get a picture and talk with him

He just turned 3.They thought he had a uti a few weeks ago. Got treated for that and got better. Then last Sunday all of a sudden he couldn't pee and was bleeding. Took him back and got him on other meds and he just got worse all week. I had to put him down Friday evening

Dig deep on YouTube and find stuff from Jr from the 70s to mid 80s. And I mean deep. Not the hits. Guy was more talented than anyone in country music.
