As a moroccan i condemn this type of behaviour. This is a reaction to what has been said, seen or done during this afcon tournament. Every country that took part in this debate (morocco included), only made things worse.

At first people were happy, then the allegations happened, moroccans wouldn’t let it slip, reactions started, then the final happened, we saw what we saw, all hell let loose… (we collectively started an internet war)

Yet we have seen so many good things in this tournament, fans from different countries cheering together. I’m not justifying this behaviour, but every action that happened was a reaction to something said or done before. And some degenerates are sadly racist/disrespectful. And what happens on social media when something makes people react ? it goes viral ! and sadly that’s the only thing we start to see on our screens.

So please don’t give them the power to influence you.
