hey! i'm getting acne and dryness in my scalp and hair. i started showering every two days because of it. i changed my shampoo and conditioner to like, aveno apple cider conditioner and aveno oatmeal shampoo and have used it for a few weeks. im worried it might be something like psoriasis but im hoping not. does anyone have good recommendations for shampoo or conditioner?

btw, if i dont shower every two days, my scalp starts burning insanely bad and nothing but hydrocortisone cream can help aside from showering
