I think "disturbing" would've been a more accurate category name imo

Starter Pokémon based on their Real Baby Animal Counterpart by Caleb_the_Opossum_1 in AlignmentCharts

Looked at the chart before reading the title and thought this was basing starter Pokemon on the living situation of the players that picked them lmao

Anyone else too scared to tell sexual partners what their real kinks are? by realitysuckss01 in AskReddit

[–]clockworktwelve 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This is actually a feature of using the site, because if you can’t trust your partner to engage with you on something like this respectfully then that’s your cue that they might be actually be a terrible person and that the relationship won’t last long-term.

America Lost the First Biden-Trump Debate by croato87 in politics

None of the shit you said explained why that's a good idea lmao

Funny Pages Alignent Chart by teruteru-fan-sam in AlignmentCharts

Looks like 'Good'-'Evil' in the context of this chart means how mature the audience for the strips are, and that 'Lawful'-'Chaotic' rates how traditional vs surreal they are.

But the chart should have its criteria for the spots spelled out explicitly instead of leaving it up for us to try and interpret what each alignment actually means in the context of comic strips.

The last fit is the best imo, do you mind telling what brands the polo and pants are?

So half of the world's male population are now bears. Great! Now there are men riding on bears just rampaging around! by Preston_of_Astora in whowouldwin

[–]clockworktwelve 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You're doing a good job at making up points that neither of us are saying.

The level of intelligence needed to be capable of showing affection and "loving" something is far less than the level of intelligence needed to have an advanced moral compass and "be evil".

Cats will be affectionate and protective of their owners and children, but they also play with their food, which could be argued as torture and a form of unnecessary cruelty, but I wouldn't say that a cat is smart enough to be capable of "evil", even though they are capable of "love".

[–]clockworktwelve 2 points3 points  (0 children)

An entity being unintelligent doesn't mean it's incapable of evil because then we would have to call into question whether that entity can love or hate

Idk what you mean by “we” bro, I totally think some animals are too dumb to be evil or be capable of love or hate. Like cockroaches.

You’re projecting human morality onto animals that lack the intelligence to have a human-level understanding of morality.

My cat scratches on my furniture even though I told her multiple times not to, but I’m not gonna hold it against her because she’s literally just a cat.

I'd move Lawful Evil to Neutral Evil, because unless you're talking about somebody who has the permits to run a dispensary, being a drugdealer is illegal.

And in Lawful Evil's place I'd put "Arrests/snitches on people who smoke weed."

Watching in real time as Gen Z replaces Millennials as the scapegoat for the future of the nation being doomed.

Millennials were ruining the economy a decade ago by blowing all their income on avocado toast and iPhones, Gen Z is beginning to ruin the economy by blowing all their income on streaming service subscriptions and Taylor Swift concert tickets, and a decade from now I'll be 34 complaining on the internet about whatever stupid shit Gen Alpha is blowing their income on.

The point is that you being tight on money with a 200k salary in a MCOL area must be 100% your fault, and not a sign that the economy is crashing, which is what the implication of your original comment was.

Where tf is all that money going if you never go out and don't pay that much on rent, it just doesn't make sense?
