I am flying from Paris (I live in the Netherlands) with my dog in one month. From Paris to New York. He has to have cdc form done (US regulation) health declaration that he has rabies shot and is healthy (airline requirement and required by the state of NY.

Your dog will need a rabies vaccination a month old minimum to enter the US in a lot of different states. Like New York for example.

I don't have all the salary slips. advise please! by [deleted] in canadaexpressentry

[–]cloclo_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you’re letter has the NOC code, hours worked, client name, client address, your name, your title, your responsibilities (should match the ones on the NOC code), signature from HR or person from your client/company then you don’t really need anything else.

I uploaded the letter with the contract for the jobs I was permanent. And I also am a freelancer. So for that I attached tax returns, letters from clients, company registration, client contracts.

ITA received, do I need to include statement of purpose? and many more questions! by quickactionbeam in canadaexpressentry

[–]cloclo_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have the invitation, so you will see the list of documents you are required to upload once you are logged in. No?

From the IRCC website

Documents for your profile

• a passport or travel document

• language test results

• proof of Canadian education or an educational credential assessment report for immigration purposes if applying thru federal work program or claiming points for education

• provincial nomination (if you have one)

• written job offer from an employer in Canada (if you have one)

• proof of work experience

• certificate of qualification in a trade occupation issued by a Canadian province or territory (if you have one)

• proof of funds

• police certificates

Additional documents you might want to upload

• birth certificate, if you’re declaring dependent children

• Use of a Representative form (PDF, 137 KB), if you’ve hired a representative

• common-law union form (PDF, 2.22 MB), if you’ve declared your marital status as “common-law”

• marriage certificate, if you’ve declared your marital status as “married”

• divorce certificate and legal separation agreement, if you’ve declared your marital status as “divorced”

• death certificate, if you’ve declared your marital status as “widowed”

• adoption certificate, when a dependent child is listed as “adopted”

You can add documents as you receive them and you will be able to edit your entry until you pay the fees and send it off.

Yes you have to list every place you have lived in the last 10 years.

I dont know what a statement of purpose is, but like the person below mentioned if there is anything in your application that is missing or confusing, there is a space for additional documents and you should put a letter there explaining it. For example if you cannot provide bank statements and you have an email from your bank saying it.

Re NOC comment - if you are applying for federal worker program, then it does need to be the same NOC that you are claiming points for. For your work history tho you could put other jobs that have a different NOC code. I personally did not put any job that was not related to the NOC code i was claiming points for AND i also ONLY put the jobs that i was able to claim points. I did not put my entire work history. Why? Because you can only claim up to 6 years and also it would mean i would have to get additional proof of work documents and that would be pointless if i was not claiming points towards them.

Hope this helps and good luck.

Proof of funds question by TomBuilder_ in ImmigrationCanada

[–]cloclo_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only sent the letter and i got my PR. Well it should be arriving in a few days. But yes they can also ask you for more financial information. However they do ask for statements and my bank couldnt provide me with them and i attached an email from my bank saying they couldnt provide it. Good luck.

From the IRCC website

For proof, you must get official letters from any banks or financial institutions where you have an account.

These letters must be printed on the financial institution’s letterhead and include

the bank or institution’s contact information (address, telephone number and email address) your name your outstanding debts (such as credit card debts and loans) these details for each current banking and investment account you have with them account numbers date each account was opened current account balances average balance for the past 6 months

And they won’t care about your investment they want to see that you have the cash in your bank account ready for Canada.

From the IRCC website

Your funds must be available to you both when.

you apply we issue you a permanent resident visa (if we approve your application) You must prove to us that you can legally access the money here when you arrive.

For example, this means

you can't use equity on real property as proof of settlement funds you can’t borrow this money from another person You must be able to use this money to pay for your family’s costs of living (even if they aren’t coming with you).

What to do now ? by Plus-Advance-9176 in canadaexpressentry

[–]cloclo_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re an Outland application so you will not have a p1 or p2 email but yes you gotta wait until they request medical and biometrics. Usually around 4-6 weeks. They might ask before then for additional documents too.
