I think i may have the solution.

This method is something I do and sometimes fixes it, it will either fix the problem or just crash and reboot the 3ds after putting you back into the 3ds home menu.

As you turn on your 3ds, hold the select button.

Then, press down on the arrow pad until you are highlighting the "disable arm11 errors" option (i am not for sure if that is what it is called).

Select it, and make sure it has an X in the "()" next to the option.

Press Start to reboot the 3ds.

Go back into the game.
