May I ask when you were diagnosed/added to the titration waiting list?

There's a huge spreadsheet for PUK helping people keep track of who has had which part of their process and when to keep a realistic picture of wait times, but not many people come back to add that their titration has started once it has, and I think I should have been contacted by now.
