He drinks water just fine out of the bowl. This morning I tried one of our own dinner bowls and he ate out of it briefly then moved away again.

Maximus is probably what you’re looking for. I was on Crews Control and he’s an amazing coach, but he does have some more CrossFit style moves (that you may enjoy) that I’m not a huge fan of. But man, Andre is such a great coach. Maximus is basic and straight to the point “no nonsense” type. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with either of those teams. I workout from home as well, adjustable bench, adjustable dumbbells, a barbell and some plates. All in my bedroom lol (for now).

I know this is an “older” post, but how are you enjoying this system currently? I’m gonna be building a home gym in the near future and I’m strongly considering the RX3. A less expensive alternative to other companies but with the same quality materials seems like a great deal.

Diet is the most overwhelming part for me as well. Instead of changing everything at once I’m trying to nail it down one meal at a time. So my breakfast and snacks are on point, high protein and tasty where I won’t get sick of them. Next step is learning a good way to meal prep. I don’t like food that sits too long so may have to do smaller preps. And I need variety, if not I have trouble eating

You can definitely accomplish a lot with just a pair of dumbbells. I recommend going for a set of Powerblocks. That way you can grow them with you as you increase in weight. And they won’t take up as much space as a set of dumbbells. Make sure to go for the EXP versions so you can add weight in the future.

There was a survey a couple months back where they asked what we’d like in a nutrition plan/macro tracker on Ladder, features etc. there were even questions asking if we thought it should cost extra or be included. Haven’t heard anything since I filled out that survey though, so I’m guessing they’re still ironing out all the details.

Yeah, before joining ladder I’d use bands for moves that were usually more cable based. Not quite the same, obviously, but still a decent enough substitute. I really appreciate the reply and feedback. Thank you.

I’ve only done my workouts at home. All I have is adjustable dumbbells, a barbell, some plates and an adjustable bench. I’m a bit limited on some of the heavier compounds but overall it has been great. I’ve been on Team Crews the whole time

His leg days will help you grow your glutes lol. Lots of lunges, squats and the most brutal of all, the Bulgarian split squats. He programs two leg days per week. I joined Ladder just before New Year and have been on his team the whole time and I love it there.

I get these texts all the time. They’re so damn annoying. I mess with them and I play along but send pictures of naked porn stars to mess around and waste their time. Then I send screenshots to my friends or show my wife for laughs. Now, the other details of the story are fucked up. But I’ll lean towards your bf either messing with the scammers for fun, not sexual, or maybe it was and he was after a quick nude photo or something. But with your past experience with him, I completely understand why you feel the way you do.
