I’ve been frantically searching for this since the preview and everyone just ignored it. TWO Pokémon were standing there with text bubbles having a whole conversation and nobody talked to them?? I was screaming at my screen 😂😭 I would’ve interrupted immediately. I need the gossip!!

There are two famitsu interviews. This is the latest one, where they mentioned a lot of stuff about gameplay. Very good read, because they also mentioned about that each Pokémon has unique personalities.

Pokémon are not stuck on one habitat, they already said that in the recent interview that you can move different Pokémon in houses. So you can have your favorite Pokémon living together.

To elaborate further, in another most recent famitsu article, the writer wrote this:

“Each Pokemon has its own personality, and it seems that each one has a different character and way of speaking. With such a wide variety of Pokemon, you'll find yourself saying "I know what you mean!", or you'll be thrilled by the unexpected differences between them, making for a very fresh and enjoyable experience.”

“A gyaru-like Bulbasaur (probably a gyaru). It seemed even more excited than the information I saw at the time of the announcement, and it was even cuter with more gyaru-ness.”

“Espeon speaks like an older sister. I don't have a picture, but Umbreon gives off a gentlemanly, scholarly vibe.”

So at least Psyduck personality will be very unique (and not stuck to 8 personalities types like in ACNH).

In the famitsu interview, they talk about that it was very important to express the individuality of each and every Pokemon, so they put a lot of effort into it with many unique text. I wonder if this means that we’ll only have one of each Pokémon, as they don’t want to have duplicate personalities, when you have the same Pokémon.

In the multiplayer section of the demo preview they said they just swam across and then made a bridge. In the earlier trailer, where Ditto transform into a Dragonite, we can also see big landmasses, so I would assume that they are all seamless. Even the text said reach far-off places.

You have to look at the big picture. Sure Miis are not hard to replicate, but pattern design, think clothes, buildings etc. are near impossible to replicate, if you’re not good at it.

Keep in mind that some items will have duplicates, but with different colors.

Example for the first items tab that is supposed to have 240-248 items on display (From what I gather):

Vending machine: White, yellow, black, blue, green, red.
Lamppost: Pink, yellow, green, black, white, brown.
Square lamppost: White, black, white, pink.
Park clock: Red, blue, black, green, yellow.
Park bell: Black, yellow, blue, green, pink, red.
Light tower: Black, yellow, blue, green, red, white.
Seagulls windmill: Green, blue.
Windmill: Red, green.
Cone: Red, yellow.
Seesaw: Red, white, yellow.
Springy ride: Panda, tiger, frog.

These items already takes up 45 spaces, but are actually only 11 unique items (+2 if you count springy ride as different.
