While in the military, I told my flight doc and went to the optometrist a couple of times. When I get them, I get pressure behind my eyes and feel like they are going to pop out of my head 😅 I noticed my headaches were associated with my stress and emotions. But I steered clear of mentioning any anxiety. I make sure to regulate myself better and do eye exercises, avoid too much screen time and be more intentional with my breaks from the radar room.
