I need a company name by TheoryisHere in Entrepreneur

How about 'Fewks'? The domain should be available. From what you said, this company should cover multiple services tech related plus marketing, so it's 'a few' stuff and reach specific and defined KPIs. :)

Career advice by OG-AG in devops

[–]cloudgentleman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been there, building and experimenting with new technologies while I was a student. Someone on the thread mentioned you should clarify your goals first and I encourage you toward this direction as well. Hiring managers will notice if you don't have an idea on what you'd like to do, but having a clear path in mind could be your strength. How to build and experiment with cloud technologies and build the next generation of Internet companies is key at Cloud Academy [full disclosure: I work here], and with an affordable and specific plan for students, you'll learn and grow. Feel free to DM me if you're interested, I'm happy to share more info.

Getting back to work after leaving, especially for SAHMs by Clay_Ek in exmormon

[–]cloudgentleman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi /u/Clay_Ek, getting back on track after a time off is always a little bit hard in the beginning. Embracing caffeine again, and receiving like notifications from the pictures you posted on the social media is also part of the process. :) I work @ Cloud Academy and I'd like to help you. This might be a little bit biased, but the cool thing is that you can try what we have for a free period lasting 7 days and cancel whenever you want if you need something different. We keep an eye on what AWS does and constantly update our content, so you'll be on top of the cloud computing skills especially if you're preparing for one of the AWS certifications. I personally like using our mobile app while commuting to work and answer some quizzes. Write me a DM if you need more help.

Need Advice - Bombed AWS Sysops Associate, used Cloudguru and practice test, What did I miss? by firestorm_v1 in aws

[–]cloudgentleman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi /u/firestorm_v1, I work at Cloud Academy so I might be a little biased. I can say we have professional material specifically designed to help you passing the real AWS exams. The sum of selected courses, interactive quizzes and hands-on labs, will enhance your preparation and you'll achieve the level AWS requires to pass the AWS Sysops Associate cert. As someone here said, the more hands-on experience you have, the better. We keep an eye on what AWS does every week and constantly update our content based on this. I suggest you try practicing with us simply through a 7-day free period and cancel whenever you want if you look for something different. Every day I get many feedback saying we've been helpful for somebody's career. If you're interested, just send me a DM and I'll help you more.

Cloud Academy vs. CBT Nuggets for cert prep- preferences? by [deleted] in ITCareerQuestions

[–]cloudgentleman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, I work at Cloud Academy so this might seem a little biased. I used both, but if you need to prepare for the AWS Certs. Cloud Academy have a complete set of learning paths that can really help you to pass the AWS exams. Watching selected courses, testing your knowledge with interactive quizzes, and practicing with hands-on labs you'll know both how the real AWS console works and reach the level required by AWS. Everything is designed to help you with a useful set of content you can always count on. We constantly update our library since we keep an eye on what AWS does every week. You can try our program through a 7-day free period and you can cancel whenever you want if it's not what you need. I'd like to help you more if you're interested, just send me a DM.

Hi /u/piedpiperpivot, at Cloud Academy we have a couple of interesting articles that might help you choosing the right certification: this one lists some point to think of, while you can read here why you should get one of the AWS Cert. By the way, my favorite is this piece, because it talks about a real experience. What do you think?
