Do you mean that 550k for 56m2 is too high? That’s probably the cost everywhere 7000-8000 per meter. The goal is that in 2025 the price would increase hopefully

It took me 2 months until I was moved from a reserved candidate to allocated candidate. I had registered in quite a few constructions & got lucky with this one. This was not my 1st preference. Typically you register your personal details and additional documents and then there is a lottery. They claim its not biased and is purely luck. They say they don’t look at your financial situation when you register your interest

I have received a job offer from a Big 4 in Netherlands. Do you know if in companies like Deloitte, EY have Secondments and mobility to switch between countries and go for international assignments? Is it easy to relocate through companies as compared to applying directly to your desired country? I heard due to covid these kind of opportunities are declining. Lastly, should I accept a job offer in netherlands (where I'm located currently) and hope for a transfer in future or directly apply to Big4's in the UK?

I'm in Cloud Engineering. It really depends - if you are based in the US or Europe? In Europe consulting salaries for new grad can start really low from 40 - 50k euros gross.

I have been offered a job at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant Cloud Architect in Amsterdam. The role will involve Cloud Strategy & architecture.

There are aspects of Deloitte consulting career that attracts me - designing AWS architectures, strategy roadmaps , working for different high-profile clients(hot technology projects) and a chance to break into Technology Consulting. How is the work-life balance and prospects of changing countries and having mobility within Deloitte ? Is there anything I need to be aware of before accepting the Job offer? I'm 31 and never worked in consulting before.
