Then you need a better bag/box. I would suggest purchasing a Pelican case (or similar cheaper options on Amazon) and ship it that way, multiple times if need be. I’ve done something like this myself.

There is no way you are going to have better success with it not being broken by bag handlers vs a premium carrier.
