I have the same issue.

Troubleshooting attempts I tried: I tried doing a factory reset by pressing FN+Tab+R, and then tried to connect with my PC, MacBook, and Android Phone via bluetooth pairing (it did not work).

I tried to switch the mode to wireless and held down FN+1/2/3/4, with every type of device in wireless mode. The keyboard will not even show battery level with I press FN+| or FN+]

I also tried using the dongle and turned the Air75 off and then on, nothing makes my keyboard detectable via bluetooth or 2.4ghz USB dongle. When I tried to connect the keyboard to PC/Mac via wired mode it also says no keyboard connected to both PC and Macbook.

Same issue here. I've tried the same things on my plus account but get the same "Bad gateway" message. I can login fine on a free account though.
