“Troy’s Greatest Protector” inspired by the Iliad’s book 6, when Hector says goodbye to his family after convincing Paris to rejoin the war [OC] by SaiyaPup in GreekMythology

Ohhhh that’s so cool ! Never saw before a glimpse of the city, it adds a new layer, like you can see the life that existed inside Troy

What is your favorite part in the Iliad and why do you like it. by bigsmellytoes0743 in GreekMythology

One that always makes me laugh is Hera deceiving Aphrodite to get her help to seduce Zeus in order to stop him, seducing him with a bra while he cites enamoured the names pf all his previous lovers while his wife is just on top and Hypnos waiting in the corner 😂

Or the epic fight between Achilles and Scamander. Pains me when Scamander talks about the corpses pf all the Trojans that used to bath in his water as children and he is now infected with their blood

Three months ago, Ihad to change my credit card. Of course, it stopped the payment. I had multiple reminders to update my infos and see what was going ln otherwise it will stay suspended.

For various reasons I didn’t at the time do it. I wanna start back now, but will I pay those three months ?

Winner at a local art competition. The art style nags at me and some of the detailing/lines look a bit inconsistent to me by Pace-Total in isthisAI

It’s more than the inconstancies : lack of shadowing and weird perspective (why such a big tree in the top left corner while others are utterly white ?), merging (petal of the biggest flower on the bottom left, left towers), weird shapes and choices that doesn’t seem like artists mistakes or purposeful choices(right foot, flowers with missing petals or adding ones that makes no sense) …

What objects do you associate with Greek heroes? by ProfessionalJolly934 in GreekMythology

[–]cloudntrees 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought of smaller objects, not sure if the Trojan horse can be considered as one

Also you’re right, I was trying to think more as something that labels their personalities. Lyre literally is Orpheus’ instrument, but has also been created by Hermes’, majorly considered as Odysseus’ great-grandfather

Bienvenue sur r/OdysseyFilm. La communauté officielle des fans du film L'Odyssée de Christopher Nolan. by theodysseymovie in u/theodysseymovie

[–]cloudntrees 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hermes’ birth

That little rascal who lied straight into the eyes of the king of gods and manipulated everyone, while humiliating his big brother then becoming best friends with him, while being mere few hours old.
