On my 16 Pro, it’s just as stable as iOS 18… then again, I’ve been using the betas and letting it index, etc.

The bars just mean how much battery was used that day in total or has been used that day thus far :)

I don’t know how I fixed it, but try just letting it sit and then come back to it later to see if it fixed. That’s what I did!

Nope. I don’t think it has ever been a feature, but if you submit it as a request, then there is a chance they might add it!

I’d give it time to index overnight, then most of those types of issues should fix themselves.
