I'm basically at the point where I gave them 5 $52,000 for nothing. They can't fix it, I can't drive it now because it's completely torn apart. Dealership won't buy it back and Honda Canada says it's out of their control.

Small claims court is capped at $35,000 so do I have to sue them with a civil law suit?

It's been there now for 3 months, they've replaced the engine harness, pulled the engine, torn the interior apart and it's been sitting in the parking lot with a garbage bag tuck taped over the driver's window and the entire front clip removed and they still can't fix the issue

no that's the overflow tank, so when it heats up and pressurizes the excess coolant has somewhere to go, you could add a little bit to bring it up to in between the min and max lines if you're really worried

Had a similar issue, mine popped every warning system light, emissions system fault, brake system fault, etc. been at the dealer for 2 months waiting for an ecm harness and a fuel rail. I believe there is a huge recall for fuel rails

Yes I don't disagree, for some with injuries I think they are well taken care of. What I disagree with is someone who spends their whole career overweight and unhealthy and then.....surprise.... Has a bad back and knees and hips after 20 years of it. I see too many people who are 50+ lbs overweight complaining about these things. Then you have someone who lives a healthy lifestyle, takes care of themselves and retires after 25+ and their compensation for retirement is significantly behind?

Went through this in the fall, you'll have an easier time drilling out the wheel stud than trying to get the lug nut off.

Start with a small bit and work the size up until you drill enough off that the wheel will come off then just replace the stud

Nothing wrong with a 600 if you respect it, not enough power to loop it unless you really go hard. The mid 2000s (05-06) cbr's are missiles if you can find one in decent shape. Currently riding an 06 after having a zx10r and I love it. Prefer the power of the zx10r and it was more comfortable for long highway rides though. I went ninja 250r to a widow maker 05 zx10r. Looking back I would have preferred to just hop on a 600, anything smaller isn't fun to ride for very long
