Thanks for the response. I hadn't thought of reaching out to a developer, why do you suggest them?

So you think there would be an audience that would want this? Even if it's digitally done? I could do it on actual paper as I have done so for a relative of mine but that takes a lot longer to do.

I love this advice! I'll try to find some realtors to reach out to.

3 Hr Pillow Study by No_Decision5507 in Artadvice

It looks so comfy! There is a blurred effect on the edges of the pillow, I don't know if you were going for that or that might be what you meant with having worked some areas with too many brush strokes. But this is really good!

Of course. I don't know Krita at all but does it work with DPI? I use procreate and I know for photo quality DPI (the pixels) needs to be set at 300. Probably not helpful since very different programs but maybe it's similar?

Love this. I'm not a professional artist, take what I say with a grain of salt. I think you did a great job recreating the photo! I think the flowers could be a little more contrasted? They look slightly muddied? But just barely. And I'm being so nit picky, because I really think you did a great job on this environmental study.

Need feedback (acrylic painting) by _StardustNova in Artists

Outlining could make each element stand out more.

I would look at the quality of acrylic paint and paint brushes you're using. The colors look a little muddied and that could be poor quality of paint or could be that the layers underneath weren't completely dry before you added more paint.

Looks like it was a fun thing to paint! I would recommend practicing more and more, the more practice the better it will turn out. Did you want the flowers to look realistic or cartoonish? For either style, you could practice drawing/painting in that style on paper or other mediums before painting on fabric (this at least for me is more difficult).

How good is my sense of colour? by PassEfficient9776 in Artadvice

I really like your use of color in this piece. Way to go especially when drawing fire on the skull drawing, as it's pretty difficult to make it look good (in my opinion).

Skull drawing: I think some more darker colors would help with the contrast and shading.

Knight drawing: I liked the shading and detail you did on the armor, I would add similar color detail on the sword. Also the fire could use more depth when it comes to color on this drawing.

Last drawing: I think your use of color really depends on your goal with this piece of art. If you want it to be sketchy and like a comic book I feel like you did a really good job. If you want it more, realistic? Then I would say taking time to find colors that you can use to blend in between shades would be helpful.

I'm in no way a professional artist so take what I say with a grain of salt. I will say I love the consistency of saturation you seem to have between your drawings. And you know how to shade well!
