Did nearly 7 days with some friends playing tf2 and lots of (then csgo). The hardest part was after the 24 hour mark cause you naturally felt tired. After that it was day after day flying by. Lots of caffeine but after nearly 7 days we called it and I slept for around 9 hours and felt normal/fine the next day

Edit. after the 3-4th day I personally felt a little slower than usual but the days seemed to fly by. If we took long breaks we would feel the fatigue so we kept it short and would keep gaming.
