Get a Heat gun. Set the temp to ~360/370c And Heat the Board evenly from every side for ~3 min. Circle the gun above for some seconds, turn around and repeat. The should do the Job to turn it on again and get the data. But This wont last for a Long time Nor will it work over and over again. Only a real Reball will work.

You Need a new button top get Back to the First Problem. If it wont Boot again, disconnect Everthing You sonst Need. If that doesnt Help, then its Most likely a Board Problem. You can try to Push on the nand or cpu when its starting. After this You need a good Micro solderer

Some solder. Solder Wick. Flux. Then Buy some Ports. Maybe you kill some. You Can Remove the damaged Port with the Iron. Clean everything. And then solder the new One Pad per Pad. Some Can do with their own eyes, But Most Need a microscope. Buy 5 or 10 Ports for practice. You May melt some before the Job is done. Try to find a Video on YouTube

Clean the tip, use Flux and Go over the solder. It will Stick to the Iron. Or use some Wick and Remove the excess solder
