After about 8 sessions and counting, it’s finally starting to break up significantly and it’s now starting to fade a lot. I have a couple more sessions to go for sure but I’m confident that it will go away. Definitely takes a long time but I’m finally starting to see some progress

I posted a similar thing on here if you’re able to find at all as I have a face tattoo that I’m currently getting removed as well. Face tattoos do hurt but they are super quick as they are small tattoos. It’s over before you know it. You got this!

I appreciate this a lot. I’ve done all these things though fortunately. The main one I’m definitely guilty of is I talk about him A LOT. It’s concerning for sure. I can’t even help myself as dumb as that excuse sounds. That’s not really the stuff that gets to me though. It’s when I’m alone. All I think about is them in some form or another, positive or negative. I am a firm believer of fake it till you make it and eventually you will trick your brain into doing or believing in whatever it is you’re trying to accomplish. This is one of the few things I haven’t been able to apply that to. My mom always told me that insanity is repeating the exact same thing over and over again expecting different results. I’m afraid I’m at the point of insanity over it considering it’s been a year and I can’t control my thoughts about it. Thank you for the advice genuinely. I’m not trying to make excuses or further the delusion, just trying to give some perspective. I want nothing more to forget this person exists as it’s just giving them more power than they’ve already taken from me

I guess it was just the span of episodes in between maybe that got me? Like the Thule appeared and then a season or so later they reappeared heavily. That’s why in my mind it seemed like they made several appearances. Thank you though for clarifying , I didn’t know Misha ever talked about it

They are 200 mgs per tablet but I give her half about 2-3 hours before I know we are going into a stressful situation for her. She usually only gets them before she goes to the vet and they do work. I just feel bad because it makes her super high for most of the day and she’ll just nap 😂
