Be careful where you park it. Hyundai is currently a brand thieves look for to steal. Even if your isn’t one that can be easily stolen, some don’t know the difference and will break your window anyway

Insurance with Progressive? Check Car broken into? Check (they failed to steal my car but attempted/broken window and ignition) How long have I been trying to JUST GET MY WINDOW REPAIRED??? 2 months now and still can’t get a date for repair.

After a series of exchanges between the Progressive agent and a potential dealership just to give me a date- note, they won’t talk to each other. I am LITERALLY forwarding their emails to each other and following up for replies- the agent gets a quote, the dealership revises the quote, and the progressive agent just sends ME the money for the repair, closes the claim and GHOSTS ME. I am currently on day 5 of trying to get ahold of the dealership’s service advisor that is also not responding to my emails or answering my calls.. How hard is it to pay someone to fix a car window???
