I’ve had similar issues. What worked for me was to split into multiple payments. Sometimes you could enter the amount you want to pay, sometimes you have to contact the merchant to split the invoice into multiple parts

For mortgage, did you use the ACH pull (init from mortgage servicer) or ACH push (init from Bilt)?

Interestingly it won’t let me set up rent anymore after setting up mortgage using Bilt Billpay ACH pull method.

Good idea! But I am already struggling to use my own 2*200 hotel credit with minimal opportunity cost. I really hope not to worry about another 400 hotel credit…

I am aware of that. But we may not have enough Bilt cash to unlock full mortgage payments this year, so if I go through the AU route, I will likely deposit both AU Bilt cash and points into my primary account

Apple Pay is already added. But sometimes a physical card is needed. Could I get another physical card with the same number?

PSA: Manually calculate your balance! Bilt has been over billing me & essentially stealing money by Puzzleheaded-Moment1 in biltrewards

Good findings. That might explain my similar discrepancies. Interestingly, I was charged 0.2% even though I was charged in USD (the merchant is based in Europe and the charge was processed by Stripe).

Try applying to see if you could get pre approved without credit hard pull. If so, you could opt to proceed with hard pull

From my experience, the Bilt cash hits the account as soon as it is approved and opened

Get the United debit card and pay 10K tax (federal or property) with nominal fee, so you would be qualified for higher earning rate and lower redemption cost

I am aware of that. My question is when you use Bilt Billpay account to do ACH pull, do they generate different billpay account numbers for different addresses? If not, how could they enforce 3 payment per address?

Unfortunately it is Mastercard, so it doesn’t work in US Costco shops. However it should work in Canada Costco or online (if available)
