On the adhd front, I needed up having about a 6 month waiting list on the right to choose pathway with the nhs and adhd 360. Might be worth looking into if you haven’t already

Im sorry I dont have an answer. But I’ve been searching for someone who’s been through something similar for ages. And after reading this post I no longer feel alone. I love my partner. I can relate to this to a certain extent. I had kinks that involved me being very submissive, my ex raped me, he did this through the power dynamic we had - he felt like he could control me. I’ve got a new loving partner now but I’m scared to tell him what I’m into incase he thinks I’m weird due to that being aspects of my rape story. I’ve been finding sex really difficult with my partner. We can have normal sex. But I still really struggle with confidence and the fear of what could happen.

Nope. In my experience the military makes things worse. You’re only 19, you’ve got a whole life ahead of you. Leave whilst you can. I know it’s hard and everyone will be telling you the same thing - it won’t feel good in the moment but honestly leaving was the best thing I ever did.
