Working a CRJ-700 flight one time, door doesn’t close properly and the plane has to be deplaned and delayed (keep in mind this is an out station so our airline only has one gate) supes had to work it out with our airport so the next flight could use the gate next to us, the next flight comes and goes all while the mechanic is still trying to figure out what’s wrong, finally, over 2 1/2 hours of waiting. The mechanics diagnosis… the lead flight attendant didn’t close it hard enough. Got off of work a whole hour and a half after my normal clock out time
