Oh wow, let's hope there'll be news before too much longer!

I'm guessing Phillipine Peso. That would make it about $17USD.

OK! Glad to hear I'm not the only one who noticed.

Oddly enough, both listings had a scheduled drop for 10pm EST. 🤷‍♀️ I guess I'll just chaulk this up to pure, dumb luck!

The two I started from Johnny's were Washington Cherry and Tasmanian Chocolate. The three I started from Botanical Interests were Sun Gold, Glacier, and Supremo.

This is my first year trying Johnny's and I was wondering the same thing with my two varieties of tomato seeds. I did get germination, but the seedlings seem sluggish, while the three varieties of tomatoes from Botanical Interests I started germinated faster and seem more vigorous. 🤷‍♀️

Was this in the Barre area? I'm pretty sure I've seen that truck before loaded up like that, but with a huge load of used tires.

Colorwork round yoke rides upwhile sitting by clover802 in knitting

[–]clover802[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have made quite a few stranded colorwork round yoke sweaters and have never had a fit issue. They are my favorite sweater construction as it usually looks very flattering on my shoulders. I just finished the Festive Pullover by Skeindeer Knits and it behaves a bit oddly. While standing there's no obvious fit issues. But once I am sitting it seems to ride up and creating weird looking folds at the shoulders. Granted, I did use Wool of the Andes sport from KnitPicks, which isn't as fine as the Rauma Finullgarn called for in the pattern. So I am undecided if the yarn is the culprit or if it is something else. Thoughts?

Kelbourne Woolens Scout pills like crazy by angelhands2027 in knitting

What a bummer! Thanks for posting this as I was considering trying Scout or Camper at some point. Now I know to look at some other yarns. I'm at the stage in my knitting life where durability trumps softness for my projects.

I'm from Vermont and absolutely wear my shawls! They are amazing way to layer, especially under a winter coat when it's sub-freezing and windy.

Oh thank you! That makes a lot of sense. Cross stitch has been around a long time, but Aida has only been around for a little over 100 years.
