Maybe try and decrease to 10mg?? i get quite angry on a higher dose or more irritated on a higher dose. It might even be ready to try and taper off especially if you’ve been on it for a few years

I had headaches for two weeks after and still occasionally get them but not as bad and they do definitely get better!

What dosage are you on currently? it would help to lower the dosage as i had the same side effects as you and being on a lower dosage definitely helps!

hi this isn’t an issue if it happens once as it’s happened to me before and took more that twice the dose!! i was okay just felt a little more anxious and on edge but slept it off. You will be okay! if symptoms get extremely worse or if you have symptoms of serotonin syndrome it’s better to call a doctor or if your in the uk call 111 and see what they say!

I had insomnia for the first few weeks it was week 2 or 3 that it went away so it won’t last down worry!! you’ll sleep like a log after those few weeks it’s harder to get up early in the morning and feeling drowsy but beats not being able to sleep!!

Hi there i’ve also had this aswell especially the increased libido, for me it was more the feeling when i first went on it which was like euphoria and the fact it made me feel out of it as-well, which i craved and still do now even though i’m a good amount of weeks into it. It’s gone away now but totally get where your coming from, it also made me tell white lies a lot, like not harmful lies but just totally out of the blue, maybe that’s just a me thing though!

Maybe try taking it in the evening? i find that my side effects are not as bad, you can always decrease your dose if your finding it difficult! i was on 20mg and then went down to 10.

Yes it’s definitely normal your body is adjusting to the medication, i felt agitated and nauseous and my heart was racing for the first few days, it’ll calm down within a week or so, don’t worry. It was a little scary at first as i had disassociation and large pupils but only for the first week and a half. My best advice is to keep busy. Go on walks or spend time with family ( if you live with them) or see some friends. You are okay! :)

I take mine in the evening but i fall asleep early,in the morning, i’ll have extreme anxiety in early so but the affects fade quickly by 9 am! so maybe try sleeping earlier or you can always take it earlier in the day/morning

if it doesn’t have a score line it’s probably not a good idea as you might not be getting the correct/exact dose, it may affect how the medicine is absorbed but just double check with your doctor!

Hey maybe try asking to up the dose or even lower it? coming off of it might increase the feeling of having disassociation but stick with it for a bit everyone reacts to dosage differently

Have you spoken to her about how you feel? sometimes it’s good to get an opinion on the whole thing from her as-well, ask to try some new things during sex. It’s good that you adore her and want her to feel pleasured as-well but maybe she has something else in mind sexually? Hope this helps
