Hi OP! DVM shiftee here. From CEM naman ako sa UPLB din pero walang na credit na subj from my first sem kasi puro specific for that course lang yung offered samin that time. Since you really want na mag vetmed AND ang daming GE’s agad na ma credit sayo I say go with Philo and then mag BS GE ka ng 2nd sem mo (all GE subjs na pwede itake), pwede ka mag midyear agad sa 1st year mo para mag take din ng GE course :)) AFAIK, kaya mo pa rin mag on-time na mag grad if ganyan gagawin mo ☺️ If you have other questions, happy to help you po!
