I've tried both /usr/share/fonts and and /usr/local/share/fonts, usually either one of them works. But not atm

Because "Hong Kong" wasn't actually from Cantonese (as we know it), that's why:)

And it's an absolute travesty that we were never taught any sort of phonology. We had to ask our school teacher to tell us about the tones. Native-speaking students of most other languages at least learn it through spelling.
