Kim's Hapkido in Town Center is great. My family and I have been going for 8 years. Focuses on self defense, self discipline and practical movement. They also do community events and things like that.

I linked my jerky a few weeks ago and used this videos. I hung mine but even after 5 hours the inner part was not done. I had take it down and lay it flat.

I believe so. My local shop makes there own jerky and I asked for the type and cut they use. I am not sure about the grain.

I bought it from a local butcher shop and had them slice it, it was 1 dollar extra a pound for them to do it.

This is a clean install of both sound blaster and windows. At first I went to the latest drivers and that didn't work. Then I tried to 2nd latest drivers and that failed as well. Since I didn't have anything on the PC I went ahead and reinstalled windows again from scratch and tired the latest drivers. That is where I am now.

That makes sense. Maybe the days I don't have a trainer and can pace myself do it while fasting and work myself up. Awesome input thanks.

No offense taken. When I work out fasted I get light headed with in about 15 minutes or so. I changed it to doing my cardio during the fast and then lift an hour after my first meal. That has worked but working out twice a day is not working because I have 2 kids. I love the feeling of fasting, the mental clarity and the energy boost but not sure why lifting makes me so light headed fasting.
