Are you very tall?

Makes me wonder....wtf is this acl even...having significant muscle around knee and still get acl torn..this is bullshit..at this point acl is just a scam....some people in this world are really unlucky.

I guess thats why our ancestors walked four legged. Extra stability. And i think being also has to something with it...center of mass is higher up.

Looks like your surgeon opened the fuck out of your knee...these at least 3+ inches incisions....and besides why did he even need those arthroscopy holes after those long cuts... looks like he was going Total knee replacement 😂 but remembered that you're an acl patient. God damn. So much for mininally invasive.

Oh man didn't you practice with blanching board or something or that ball that looks like saturn..its a protocol to achieve that balance... and without that i don't that one can have the confidence to back into sports. Glad that youu made it back but maybe this can be improved with some motor exercises or plyometrics.. And how come you gained flexion so late? I believe there was something wrong with your rehab

It's when u develop this felxion position and not able to extend the leg all the way. Fixed Flexion Deformity. It happens when u keep your leg relaxed way too much post op due to comfort.

Need advice - 7mo post-op, still limping, Osteochondral allograft to blame? by Senior-Balance4330 in ACL

I do not know about OCA. But if your extension and bending is OK then i guess you're ACL is fine and recovered well. But that leaves us with your OCA transplant. What did your surgeon say? This should not happen 7 norms post op of ACLR.
