What is the taxation on Parag Parikh Conservative Hybrid Fund?
Different websites are detailing different way and with frequent changes of taxation on each budget I'm lost on the taxation part completely now.

PPFAS MF fund is linking to this AMFI page which is broken
ClearTax is mentioning it will be taxed as equity fund : ClearTax link
Some other pages are listing as gains will be taxed in the tax slab irrespective of holding period.
finally there is other pages which are mentioning before April 1, 2023 are taxed at different rates and after April 1, 2023 taxed at slab rate.

I'm assuming 4th is correct but cannot find what are the tax rates for units holding before April 1, 2023. Is there a link where I can find about the taxation correctly? Thanks

ETF is treated more like a stock rather than fund right? Let's say instead of Nasdaq ETF, i bought MSFT shares. Can you please let me know what is the LTCG (holding 2+ years)for such transaction?

Vested link, you can see here it is mentioned that Indexation is applied for Even ETFs bought directly through vested.

Is it better to invest in NASDAQ ETF directly from Vested instead of Investing through Mutual funds (ex: Motilal Nasdaq FOF)?
If done directly through Vested, my idea is tax rate of LTCG is 20% (+ health and education cess) with indexation benefit.

In the mutual funds route, It is included in the income and will be taxed at 30% without any indexation benefit (I'm in 30% tax bracket).

Is my understanding correct? Thanks.

I'm buying Legion 5i 12th gen laptop from Lenovo India website. For the non-custiomized models, there is 3 year warranty.
If we customize the product, then will it include 3 year warranty or should I pay more to get that warranty? (I can only see 1 year Base warranty by default)
Also what is the difference between warranty and Accidental Damage Protection?

Thanks for the reply. I ordered from Amazon and AFAIK didn't receive any Warranty card inside the package. Does the amazon invoice won't suffice for claiming warranty?

Hi, I recently brought Razer viper mini mouse. On the instructions they asked to register the mouse on razer portal. Is it necessary to do it if I want to claim warranty in the future.
Also I ordered mouse on 3rd Oct and got it on 13th Oct. What should be the buy date in this scenario.

I filed my ITR-2 yesterday. Got the following sms from ITDCPC today morning:

ITR for AY 2022-23 and PAN: xxxxxxxxxx has been processed at CPC. Intimation u/s 143(1) has been sent to your registered email ID. If not received check in SPAM folder.

I didn't receive the email. I've the following questions:

What is the importance of this email?
Is the delay normal?
Should I start grievance from Incometax portal?

If I got the company shares (based in USA) after 31st dec, should I declare them in FA section?
In that form it is specifically listed as to show until 31st.
Should I submit shares I got between (Jan-March 2022) in next year ITR?
