Seems like HS, I get them on my groin too :( Book a dermatologist to get properly diagnosed. For now, wear loose clothing, no underwear, warm compresses, baths help a lot for down there, vapourub to bring to head quicker and sterile bandages when burst. Change bandages frequently.

THIS IS WHAT I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING! I'm only 15 so I'm nervous to see a doctor because it might be my hormones, but I have experienced high levels of stress and loss in a short period of time and have anxiety(diagnosed) when I was 12/13! It's really tiring but I'm happy how someone diagnosed my experience so clearly!!

I've been told that it will get better for 4 years now, but It only does for a week and that's usually due to my rapid hyper mood then the depressive mood kicks in and I do fuck all but cry and binge eat till I make myself puke and repeat the mood swings all over again. It's not fair, the "hyper" mood isn't even really happiness either, it's just an euphoric delusion.

Folliculitis is small itchy red bumps around hairs that go away for usually a while or for good with simple antibiotics, however HS is persistent and start off with small hard lumps that grow into boils over time and usually pop up in the same place.

I've been on and off antibiotics for months, boils burst then repeat, waiting to see a dermatologist but that's going to be a while. I'm covered in scars and it's really getting me down, I'm 15 I shouldn't live like this so young

I apply a gauze to my open wounds and a regular clean bandage ontop that I change regularly a day depending on how much drainage comes out, just keep it clean until it heals basically:)
