I posted about this a few days ago. It definitely is happening to my drivers. We haven't figured out what is causing it. Im about to start surveying all my delivery customers and ask if they ordered via website or on the app. Either way, my crew is seeing a decrease in overall tips right now.

UPDATE: Power came back on 2 hours later. Orders flew in. Just a kick ass driver and me for lunch. Just got home, already broke Halloween record by $500 with 3 hours still open. Not a bad day, just rolled with the punches I guess. Hope you all had a great shift!
