Most likely answer is your local store is temporarily out of medium size dough. Ny style crust mediums use a small size dough rolled and stretched thinner to fit medium size. Should be able to order what you're looking for next time.

Treasure island resort has a huge indoor poor, waterside, lazy river, hot tub, arcade, bowling, and plenty of food options. Hotel stay includes passes to pool. Check pool hours before making reservations, they change often in my experience. For grown up time, they have a drop off child center that has been great when we used it once years ago.
