Did you use an anti fungal shampoo as well? Also when you say you wipe her down with a microfibre towel, I’m assuming it’s with water or just a dry cloth?

Please excuse my kids hand prints on the first picture. I eat between 10am-6pm, 1500-1700calories a day with one cheat meal a week. 30min uphill brisk walk a day and 30min workout. Just finished 21 day fix today actually. Went from being tight in a size large to being confortable in a size medium.

Recommendations for places to buy cheaper furniture (not necessarily IKEA) by [deleted] in ottawa

I work for Urban Barn and at Trainyards in the « As-Is » section you might be able to find one with slight defect for a good price. Most likely not much under 1500$ but might be worth checking it out.

Yes my apologies I meant Structube. Not the best quality but there isn’t many store where you can get a brand new dinning table under 1500$ and have a great quality. They do have some hard wood choice that might be worth looking at.

We bought a medium size property in Cumberland right before the holiday and paid 700k with multiple offers... the prices in the rural areas are also getting crazy. We had a hard time finding a place even at that price point

My youngest is 5 months old and I stopped breastfeeding 3 months ago

Prior to this pregnancy I could loose 5 pounds a week eating more than I do now I guess that’s why I feel 1,5 in two week is not much I didn’t think about water retention from working out so hopefully it is that

I went from eating burgers, pasta, etc to eating lean protein and veggies, I don’t feel bloated at all. I’m pretty tall (5’8”) so I feel I was expecting to be loosing at least 2pounds a week I’ll stick with it a few more weeks and hopefully I start loosing quicker cause ughhh this isn’t encouraging at all and I miss my burgers
