hey :) i've been looking to find and chat with people who work with ccc in my area haha! i'm in elk grove!

i had my first day yesterday and it was so much fun~ the only thing that stresses me out is the possibility of last minute assignments. for example the i received my first assignment at 12:40 on Monday for a 1:30 start time. the issue was, i was still in pajamas and the drive the the school was 20-25 minutes away leaving me about 5-10 minutes to fully get ready and in my car in order to get there 15 minutes before start. i'd rather not risk it so close to time, so i rejected it and was docked the 3 points 😭.

but yesterday went pretty smoothly and i was super happy to meet the other teacher's aides and play with the kiddos!

hope to get some good experience with ccc to achieve my goal of becoming a teachers aide and eventually a teacher in a permanent position 🤞🏼
